Norm Provan RIP (1932 - 2021)
The International Rugby League community is saddened to hear of the passing of Norm Provan and sends its deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
IRL Chair, Troy Grant said “Norm was and remains a symbol of all that is great about rugby league. He was a man whose stature in build was matched by his stature in character.”
