International Rugby League provides its members with a state of the art learning management system known as the Technical Education Portal which maximises the way coaches and match officials learn.

All IRL technical courses and the progress of Candidates through each programme will be logged on our customised education portal which will also allow course Candidates to access and complete and record their post-course material in a more efficient manner than ever before.

As the portal is developed, online courses will also be made available to support ongoing continued professional development for not only candidates undertaking IRL’s Level 1 and Level 2 Coach and Match Official courses, but other important topics such as anti-doping, governance and compliance.
