Wales finished third in the European U19s Championship after defeating Scotland 58-28 in their final match at the CREPS high performance facility, Font Romeu in the Pyrenees.

Wales finished the match with 10 tries - all from different players. Rhys Hughes, Jacob Morris, Joshua Gabrielson, Jacob Jones, Oscar Jones and Ethan Williams all went over in the first half to establish a winning 34-8 lead.

Scotland battled bravely to the end, despite the sin binning of Max Erasmus around the hour mark.

France won their second European U19s title with a comprehensive 48-12 defeat of holders England in the deciding game to end the tournament unbeaten.
