Austin Oates prevented an early score and Ben Clements was also dominant in defence before Kilian Belmaaziz opened for the visitors ten minutes in to the game, with Joris Martignole adding the conversion.
England's defensive effort continue, with notable performances by Jason Frankling keeping the deficit to just 0-6 at the break.
France flexed their muscles in the second half and despite some continued impressive defence from the home side, France piled on points with a quick-fire double as Louis Romana scored shortly followed in by Elies Janzac, with Mohammed Feddal converting the latter.
Titouan Binda found his way to the line shortly afterwards, before both sides were reduced to 12 players for a 10-minute period following a coming together. Tom Guilhaumou was last to cross for France before both sides were restored to full strength.
