Partizan win the Serbian Rugby League Festival of 9s

Serbia has concluded the 2020 Festival of 9s for players aged 18 and under. It was held at SC Inge Stadoium in Zvezdara with four clubs participating. There was Partizan, Red Star and Dorcol from Belgrade and Morava Gepardi from Leskovac.

Partizan emerged as winners as they won all three encounters. Dorcol gave them a good game in Round 2 taking a 10-4 half time lead, however Partizan hit back in the second half winning 18 – 10. This put them against their oldest rivel, Red Star in the final game and it was the Partizan team that won by 8 – 4 – enough to give them the trophy.
