France name extended women's squad for England clash
France have stepped up preparations for the April 29 international against England, with new women’s coach Romain Maillot naming a 28-strong train-on squad.
After defeating Serbia 116-0 in the first meeting of the two countries on March 18 in Avignon, France will enter a training camp ahead of the clash with World Cup semi-finalists England at Warrington’s Halliwell Jones Stadium.
France and England men will also play in the double-header.

Maillot has warned his players that England will be a completely different calibre of opposition to Serbia.
"For this meeting, we are starting with a larger group to allow us to work in the best conditions,” Maillot said. “I remember very good things from the game against Serbia.
“Despite the level that separated us from the Serbs, with all due respect, the girls knew how to produce a good level of execution. But there is still work to be perfected on the game plan.”
