USARL EOI: Independent Directors
The United States Association of Rugby League (USARL) is pleased to announce the commencement of its search for highly skilled and qualified individuals to join its esteemed Board.
The organization invites expressions of interest from candidates possessing diverse backgrounds and experiences to contribute to the strategic leadership of the USARL.
The USARL is seeking individuals with expertise in the following areas:
- Corporate Governance: Individuals with a strong background in corporate governance, bringing insights and skills in effective decision-making and strategic planning.
- C Suite Experience: Executives who have held C suite positions, demonstrating leadership and executive management skills.
- Board Experience: Individuals with experience serving on the board of a professional, semi-professional, or non-profit organization, contributing to organizational development and success.
- Event Management: Professionals with a track record in managing major events or event coordination, showcasing proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale events.
- Legal Expertise in Sports and Non-Profit: Legal professionals with expertise in sports law and non-profit governance, focusing on regulatory compliance, contractual matters, and governance specific to these sectors.
- Funding Oversight: Individuals experienced in overseeing corporate and/or government funding streams through strategic planning, relationship cultivation, and proposal crafting to secure financial backing from both private and public sectors.
